Charity Administrators can change the email notifications for other Administrators, Managers, and Users.
To change the email notifications for another platform user:
- Select My Details in the Charity Checkout menu.
Note: Only Administrators are able to access this area of the platform.
- Click the Pencil icon on the same row as the user you want to edit.
- Click the Email notifications tab.
- Click Edit and tick/untick the relevant notifications.
- Click Update.
