Charity Administrators can change the email notifications for other Administrators, Managers, and Users.


To change the email notifications for another platform user:


  1. Select My Details in the Charity Checkout menu.

    Note: Only Administrators are able to access this area of the platform.

  2. Click the Pencil icon on the same row as the user you want to edit.

  3. Click the Email notifications tab.

  4. Click Edit and tick/untick the relevant notifications.

  5. Click Update.
