The Registrations report contains data on people who have registered for events in the platform.


This report is useful to see a list of people who have signed up for a Ticketed Event or Ticketed Event with Fundraising that you’ve created.

Find an event registrant


To find an event registrant:


  1. Select Accounts > Registrations in the Charity Checkout menu.

  2. If you want to filter the registrants that appear in the list, use the filters at the top to filter the list by event name and event type, and then click Search.

  3. Find the registrant in the list.




Remove a registrant from an event


To remove a registrant from an event:


  1. Select Accounts > Registrations in the Charity Checkout menu.

  2. Find the registrant in the list.

  3. Click the Pencil icon on the same row to open the Registration Details pop up window.

  4. Click Remove from Event.


Note: Removing the registrant will not refund any payment they’ve made towards the event. You must refund the payment separately.




Download a Registrations report


To download a Registrations report:


  1. Select Accounts > Registrations in the Charity Checkout menu.

  2. If you want to filter the registrants that appear in the report, use the filters at the top to filter the list by event name and event type, and then click Search.

  3. Click Export.
