The Profile page is the fundraising home page of your Charity Checkout platform which contains donation and fundraising buttons, a fundraising totaliser, an introduction to your organisation, live events and/or appeals, and a list of your Personal Fundraiser and Team pages.


The Profile page is designed to be used to be a fundraising public-facing hub that you can share with your supporters. However, if you’d prefer, you can link your website directly to the donation and registration pages within it.

Find your Profile Page


The easiest way to find your Profile page is to:


  1. Select Settings in the Charity Checkout menu.

  2. Click Profile.

  3. Click View your profile page to open the Profile page in a new window.


Update the Profile page


To update the Profile page:


  1. Select Settings in the Charity Checkout menu.

  2. Click the Profile tab.

  3. To update the logo, click Change logo.

  4. To add/update the strapline, click Change in the header menu.

  5. To change the cover photo, click Change cover photo.

    Note: In order to upload a new image as the cover photo, the dimensions of the image must be 1170x538 pixels. To crop an image to these dimensions, you can use Windows Paint or an online tool like Pixlr. If you need any help with this, please get in touch.

  6. To change the name on the Profile page, click Change name. This should be your organisation’s name.

  7. To add/update the About us text, click Change under About us.

  8. To update the colours and/or add a background image, click Customize colors.
